When I first started losing weight, I believed I could eat anything as long as I stayed within my calorie limit. And to be honest—it worked! As long as I tracked every bite, lick, and sip, the weight came off.
But over time, I learned something even more powerful…

That's when I discovered clean eating—choosing foods as close to their natural form as possible (a.k.a. not processed). And guess what?
✅ I felt better.
✅ I stayed full longer.
✅ Losing weight became easier.
And the biggest surprise? Clean, healthy recipes weren't bland, boring, or complicated. They were delicious—and simple to make!
