​ ​ Hello ooseims.archieves@blogger.com, Happy August 1! My summer is flying by. I hosted 17 family members for a week, I have announced my new cookbook (see below), and went on an amazing vacation. What are YOU up to? I thought it would be fun to spend this Thursday featuring some of my older recipes. Did you know I started my website in 2011? There are a lot of gems that never get featured, so let's give them some love. April 2011- Banana Cookies- make as a drop cookie or whoopie pies with cinnamon cream cheese filling! April 2011- Meatball Subs- homemade meatballs on a toasted bun. My kids LOVE this dinner! May 2011- Chocolate Dipped Potato Chip Cookies- I know it sounds odd, but these sweet and salty cookies MELT IN YOUR MOUTH! May 2011- Fish Tacos- Easy skillet cooked fish with a homemade slaw and avocado sauce. Better than a restaurant! June 2011- Lemonade Beer- Don't let summer pass you by without this beverage. Similar to a shandy, this homemade drink is loved by even my non beer drinking friends!
