These mini treats are called beignets which is pronounced Ben-yay. After seeing a fellow food blogger give these little cute desserts a try on Instagram, I thought I'd treat myself and headed straight to Moi by Mademoiselle Desserts online shop (10% off your first order when you sign up).
🤔What is a beignet?? They are kind of mini doughnuts but are less dense due to them being made with choux pastry.
These fab ones come with a few choices of delicious fillings, we've tried;
🍫Hazelnut & Cocoa (107 cal) - delightful
🍓🫐Red Fruits (87 cal) - lovely
There's also apple or speculoos flavours available.
These come frozen so just take one/some out of the freezer at least an hour before you want to indulge. A nice little and convenient treat if I say so myself.
