Thank you all so much for the outpouring of support for last week's Meal Planning Menu. There were so many suggestions, most of you wanting MORE dinner options. So this week, I've added a few extras, including some dinners that I have made from other websites!
So grab your shopping list and make a plan!
- Zucchini Muffins- perfect breakfast treat. Zucchini are in season right now so grab a few extra and freeze a batch of muffins for another week.
- Stuffed Taco Shells- prep these pasta shells in advance and freeze some for later (I love making two dinners at once)!
- Italian Beef- Pull out your slow cooker and have one of my favorite dinners! Depending on the size of your family, this makes great leftovers!
- Speaking of Italian Beef leftovers, put them to use in this easy 4 ingredient dinner!
- Slow Cooker Beer Brats- when you only have a few minutes in the morning to prep dinner, this is a great busy night dinner. We made this often on "sports nights" so kids can have a hot meal when they got home.
- Chicken Pesto Pasta- the perfet way to use up some of that garden fresh basil! Or use store bought pesto to make this dinner fast.
- Birria Tacos- This recipe comes from my friend Kellie at Suburban Housewife. We've made it several times this summer and it's in our rotation for good! So flavorful!
DESSERT- I wouldn't be Shugary Sweets if I didn't include a weekly dessert. And these maple Iced Oatmeal cookies are the perfect fall treat. Wait. Is it Fall yet?
