Hello Friends! Recently, I saw an Instagram video of a woman batch-cooking homemade waffles. She made like 80 of them, piled high on her center kitchen island. Looked impressive! This got me thinking about back-to-school mornings and how chaotic they can be (we have 3 kids in 3 different schools and ALL the portals to login to!). A batch of frozen, make-ahead anything would definitely make things smoother for us. So. If you're in the same boat, here's my easy, one-bowl recipe for light and crisp homemade sourdough waffles using leftover sourdough discard.
