I had been wanting to try Filipino lechon ever since knowing about it, and after hearing about Toronto's Wilson's Haus, I knew I had to go for lunch. I must say that I was pleasantly delighted by the lechon, with succulent meat and very crispy skin. Just couldn't get enough! The only downside was that the combo, which came with spring rolls, did not have any veggies! Would have been a 10/10 if some were included 😉
