I think you'll love this weeknight-friendly vegan dinner. It all happens in the air fryer! Just serve with some fluffy rice and you're good to go.Tempeh is a challenging protein for me personally. The earthy flavour just doesn't work for me sometimes! Crisping up little nuggets with oil and seasoning in the air fryer helps. Dousing those nuggets in a spicy-sweet gochujang glaze helps even more!This is an excellent easy and quick dinner option to keep in your back pocket for the busy fall season ahead.
