If I could pick just one summer recipe for you to try, it'd be my Pasta Pomodoro.
Not only is this fresh, garlic-buttery tomato sauce incredibly delicious, but the recipe calls for ingredients that are in season RIGHT NOW. I'll be the first to tell you that this isn't something you're going to want to make in February!
That said, pomodoro sauce also doubles easily, and freezes beautifully, so make and freeze a bunch then reap the rewards for months to come.
Truly this fresh and saucy recipe is one for the books. My advice is to make plenty and often over the next several months!
