π« with chocolate chips of course!!
Zucchini season is here and abundant! These cozy baked zucchini oatmeal cups with chocolate are easy to prep on the weekend and can be heated up or quickly grabbed when heading out the door all week.
I like to use the fine holes of a box grater so that the zucchini mingles seamlessly with the soft, cinnamon-y and oat-y interior. The golden brown edges after baking contrast perfectly, and the chocolate adds just the right amount of indulgence.
