Hello everyone! I skipped the recipe on Monday because I was in Perth for the Good Food & Wine Show and the schedule was a little more hectic than I anticipated. I've also managed to bring back a nasty cold so I'm keeping the chatter about the show until I'm better. :) So, straight onto today's recipe - Japchae, the famous Korean noodles!
Sort of a stir fry, sort of a noodle salad, 100% YUM. Love how it's all tossed together in a big bowl rather than on the stove, and it's served barely warm. Big and colourful with extra juicy bits of seared marinated beef, I I think you'll really enjoy the sesame-forward sauce! - Nagi & Dozer πΆ xx

Life of Dozer
Couldn't fly Dozer across to Western Australia for the Good Food & Wine Show so we took the next best thing - a 2D cut out!! The applause when we pull him out on stage never fails to make me laugh!! π
