~ The Dressing, the Pita Chips ~ Our family is all together now and we've already "crushed" huge fattoush salads, as my crew likes to say. No matter how much we make, fattoush is devoured completely! We'll also be making mint lemonade and of course, the best homemade hummus. On the grill: chicken shish tawook, marinated chicken that's so tender and flavorful. Also, and frequently: chicken shawarma. We love it so! Especially with my easy Shawarma spice blend that has all of the flavors. My Grilled Vegetable Platter has a fabulous garlicky, lemony vinaigrette that makes my mouth water just to write about it! | |
