If you wish to remain on the GB Article 95 List after 31 December 2022, you must: If you have already provided your data or letter of access to comply with earlier GB resubmission deadlines, you do not need to submit this again. Suppliers that fail to complete both actions by 31 December 2022 will be removed from the GB Article 95 List. IMPORTANT: Biocidal products containing active substances sourced from suppliers that are removed from the list cannot be supplied in GB – product suppliers are advised to check with their active supplier that the necessary actions are being taken. Take action to keep your active substance in the GB Review Programme The active substance/product type combination listed below has been successfully notified into the GB Review Programme following an open invitation. If any of these active substance/product type combinations are important to you, consider contacting the notifier to let them know. You may even be able to join them in supporting the active substance. Check the list of successful notifiers. If a dossier is not submitted by the deadline, this active substance/product type combination will be subject to a GB non-approval decision. Biocidal products containing active substances with GB non-approval decisions for the relevant product type will have to be removed from the GB market. 30 June 2023 Once the approvals expire, the active substances can no longer be used in biocidal products of the relevant product types in Great Britain. If you hold an affected GB BPR product authorisation or Control of Pesticides Regulations (COPR) product approval, we will contact you about cancelling or revoking your authorisation or approval. You will have an opportunity to submit comments or additional information and we will take account of these when finalising our decision.
