Today I'm bringing you an extra early Easter treat:
Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies!!
The recent warm temps in Maine have given me some serious spring fever and these cookies are just what I need to kick winter to the curb and welcome spring!
I also love how they look like little nests with eggs inside. PRECIOUS and perfect for Easter!!!
AND AND AND they're a cinch to make.
The dough is your basic chocolate chip cookie dough, with a few chocolate chips added, and a whole lotta milk chocolate mini eggs!
These sweet cookies are thick, chunky, and chewy. They're positively perfect.
