Secret #1- Classic Cookies made Healthy!


Growing up, I was OBSESSED with my grandma's peanut butter cookies.


They were the kind of cookie that she'd ALWAYS have the ingredients on hand.


Soft, chewy, and ready in 12 minutes- They were perfect for the impatient kiddo that I used to be (or still am...just a little bit older!).


Many of my friends have told me they too enjoyed a similar cookie in their younger years. Turns out, these peanut butter cookies were a kitchen staple for many.


Making a healthy version of them was a daunting task- No one wants to change their happy cookie memories to unhappy ones.


After several experiments, I recreated the SAME cookie recipe, but with a completely healthy makeover.
