Add an extra crunch with Fried Noodles

Hey reader reader,

Love those crispy fried noodles that come with Chinese Manchow Soup and Chopsuey?

They are addictive and how.

But restaurants sometimes use the same oil over and over again for deep frying which can make them high in trans fat.

They are so easy to make at home with my FIVE step method:

  • Only three ingredients
  • Stores really well for up to 10 days
  • So versatile: crunchy soup topping, crunchy salad add on, side for stir fries
  • Very snackable!
  • Kid Friendly
