Hey there reader!
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Like many people, Thanksgiving looked very different for us this year. Instead of our usual packed house of 30+ crazy (in a good way) family members, it was just my immediate family.
I definitely missed everyone but we made the most of it. And that included serving up a big feast. This was my first year cooking the Turkey.
I was so nervous but I have to say I did a good job considering I had no clue. Thank goodness for Youtube! I literally watch turkey cooking videos as I powerwalked on the treadmill.
We also served up a small lasagna along with all the Thanksgiving sides and desserts. So, basically what I'm getting at is I stuffed myself.
I'm not going to feel guilty about it because I've kept up with my 5 day a week exercise routine and eating schedule. Well, besides Thanksgiving :) But, I did get in a long sweaty workout on Thanksgiving morning.
Anyway, this week I want to focus on getting back on track. Not that I fell off the rails but I definitely indulged in leftovers this weekend.
This week I want to detox with some smoothies, salads, and lower carb easy dinners. I say easy dinners because I did a lot of cooking this past week and I need a break, but I still need to eat. Here a glimpse at my menu.

Leftover Turkey Ranch BLT Wraps
Cheeseburger soup - this is in the freezer
Chicken and Veggies Sheet Pan

Last, this week my plan is to get in 5 days of solid exercise. Follow me on Instagram for more updates.
Okay, let's get to the weekly newsletter because we have lots to talk about. Don't miss the huge Plan to Eat sale halfway through.

Butcher Box - Butcher Box is my go-to for organic meats and seafood. I order a custom box every 1-2 months and never need to worry about having access to high quality meats. If getting your hands on meat is a struggle right now, because of everything going on, then I highly reccomend subscribing to Butcher Box. It's such a relief when my box shows up at my front door. Learn more about Butcher Box here.
Thrive Market - Between Butcher Box and Thrive Market I don't have to spend a lot of time in grocery stores anymore. And right now, that is a good thing! If you shop at Whole Foods, or prioritize organic ingredients and natural household items, then you'll love shopping at Thrive Market. I describe it as an online Whole Foods with better prices. I've been a member for 5 years and I think the annual $59 membership is worth every penny. They also have a $5 monthly membership if you're not sure. You can read my Thrive Market review here if you want to learn more. If you're ready to sign up then you can grab this $24 gift. Get your gift here.
Green Chef is my #1 pick for keto or low-carb meal kits. The recipes are outstanding and super easy to put together. Also, all of the ingredients are organic so it's perfect if you're trying to eat clean. Currently, they are offering a fantastic deal to new subscribers. $80 off over 4 weeks. You get $40 off the first week, $20 off the second week, and $10 off the 3rd and 4th week. This is a great way to really try and get a feel for Green Chef and whether or not it's a good fit. If you want healthy frozen meals to heat and eat or blend then Daily Harvest is my pick. Daily Harvest offers organic vegan frozen portion-controlled meals. They have smoothies, overnight oats, chia bowls, and a huge selection of vegan soups, chilis, flatbreads, and other meals. I LOVE the smoothies and overnight oats. Daily Harvest is a great way to get healthy prepared foods in your freezer. Here are 3 cups free when you order a box.
Have a great week!
