Hi reader,
Is it happening? Is mid-September an appropriate time to bring soup back into our lives? There has been a very slight chill in the air this week, and my brain just immediately goes to something simmering on the stove.
These are seven soups I'm looking forward to bringing back into the rotation! It includes my favorite chili for all the football-watching ahead of us, my favorite way to make ramen , a few veg-friendly favorites , and more.
Here's to fall! Here's to soup!
Want (need!?) more soups? These are all my best-of-the-best soup recipes for fall !
If you make only one soup from this list, make it this one. ๐ฎ๐จ Rich, creamy, cheesy, and super easy. One of my favorites!
My go-to beef chili! Slow-simmered, smoky and saucy, super cozy, and just everything I love about fall.
The top recipe on the blog last fall! ๐ For good reason! Sweet and creamy broth, noodles, crispy crumbled tofu, and fresh veg. So, so good.
Creamy, comforting, and just... simple. Uncomplicated ingredients, a quick simmer on the stove, and perfect with a hunk of crusty bread .
This soup checks all the boxes for me – perfect texture, extremely awesome flavor, super nutritious, and simple ingredients. A must-make!
This was part of this month's Mini Freezer Stash , and I was reminded of how simple and delicious it is! And just 30 minutes to make!
This soup begs to be dunked and dunked again with all kinds of breads, crackers, and flatbreads . So much flavor, so much nutrition, so many good feelings all around!
Have a great week!
