January, hi. We're happy you're here, and here's why: the new year prompts us to return (or simply turn) to goodness for ourselves. Goodness in how we strive, in how we love, and how we take care. It invariably includes eating right. The best "diet" that we know isn't a diet at all, but a pathway to making the most of life, including eating in ways that nourish. Lebanese cuisine, the focus of so many of my recipes, is what I love to call "the ultimate expression" of the Mediterranean diet.
