| Next steps for Authorised Corporate Service Providers We've come to the end of our Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP) newsletter series. If you still have questions about ACSPs, read our guidance on GOV.UK to help with your responsibilities, including: ACSP registration is now open to all eligible third-party providers who are already registered with an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) supervisory body. Over 7,000 ACSPs have successfully applied so far. For now, you only need to be an ACSP to verify the identity of clients for Companies House. In the future, you'll also need to be registered as an ACSP to file on behalf of your clients. We recommend registering in advance before it becomes mandatory for third-party filings. If you plan to offer identity verification, consider how you'll advertise your services so that people can easily find you. Register as an ACSP If you're a third-party provider and still need to register as an ACSP, you can complete your registration on GOV.UK. | | | Companies House is an Executive Agency of the Department for Business and Trade. © Crown Copyright 2025. | | | |
