Goose intestine is one of those Cantonese "delicacies" that only true locals appreciate and I'm glad to have gone dining with a true indigenous local - my dad! Indeed the goose intestine was well made, and the crunchy texture was a bit different from that of the pig intestine. Not my first time having it, but I still enjoyed it very much!
