Wait… have no idea what I'm talking about? Let me catch you up. - I grew up in the 90s, when trying to be as skinny as possible to fit into a size 0 was the goal. I did Weight Watchers, took Ephedra and Herbalife, ate Lean Cuisines, and spent hours on the elliptical machine.
- Fast forward a few years, and I had two babies. I lost weight while breastfeeding, but still wasn't happy with how I looked.
