A Really Good Tuna Salad
Opened tuna sandwich on a plate.

Sometimes you just want a really good, old-school tuna salad—and this one is my go-to. It starts with well-drained tuna (key!), then gets a generous scoop of mayo, plenty of seasoning, a spoonful of pickle relish for tangy sweetness, and celery and scallions for crunch and a little bite. A squeeze of lemon and some fresh parsley brighten everything up. It's fresh, flavorful, and easy to throw together—the kind of recipe you'll always be glad to have on hand.
