I've even got a couple sweet salads! Our garden is producing cucumbers. I'm loving this cucumber dill salad and this cucumber tomato salad as side dishes! Got fresh corn from the farmers market? This Orzo salad is a great recipe to make for dinner this summer. I grew up with this spinach salad, and it makes the perfect light lunch or dinner. Don't forget about the classic wedge salad with homemade blue cheese dressing! Looking for something heartier for dinner? This Chicken Taco Salad, this Southwest Chicken Salad, and this Dorito Taco Salad are all great meals! I said sweet salads and I meant it! Ambrosia salad and Lemon Jello Salad are throwbacks from my childhood and always appear around the holidays and at summer potlucks!
