Hi there reader -- I am NOT a big fan of the typical freezer meals. You know...the kind that is basically "dump and freeze" meals with frozen chicken and various sauces thrown in a ziplock bag? I want to help you make Freezer Meals that taste GOOD! Like these Chicken Taquitos!​ ​ Chicken Taquitos ​ To Freeze: Make the filling Roll it in tortillas (either uncooked or regular flour tortillas). Place in a freezer ziplock bag and freeze for up to 3 months. To Reheat: Remove from the freezer and place them on a greased baking sheet. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes or until warmed through and crisp on the outside. If you are baking these Chicken Taquitos- I love this oil sprayer! It's great for Air Fryer recipes, too. :)
