If you celebrate Easter, I hope you're having a lovely and wholesome day and, of course, enjoying some chocolate. I had some friends over at the new studio house and made a big BBQ- It was a super fun afternoon/night :) Popular on social media this week: ​Mexican grilled steak. ​The JUICIEST turkey breast ever (SO FAST!). ​My mom's Italian tomato sauce. ​Melt-in-your-mouth ragu (30 minutes!). ​Bacon wrapped asparagus (I could eat this all day). ​The ONLY way to cook pork belly. ​Stuffed pork chops (25 minutes). ​The best quesadilla hybrid. ​ Recipes this week It's been a VERY delicious week around here! Monday- Smoked leg of lamb. Tuesday- Protein cookies. Wednesday- Healthy brownies. Thursday- Peanut sauce chicken. Friday- Chocolate cookies with peanut butter chips. Saturday- Mexican soup. Sunday- Milanesa. ​ High protein desserts I've been working on tons of new high protein recipes, but everyone loves the desserts. Here's a sneak peek of my protein cheesecake, protein banana bread, and protein pudding. Kewpie update Kewpie spent this weekend at his grandpa's house, who absolutely adores him!
