New Recipes This Week
Slow Cookers can be a life saver any time of year, but especially when the weather turns warmer. So, when you're having a craving for a lasagna, and also want a meal with a taste of Mexico, make this Slow Cooker Mexican Lasagna.
Brown Sugar Glazed Carrots are quick and easy to make with mouthwatering flavor. Whole carrots are boiled until tender, then tossed with butter and brown sugar giving them beautifully caramelized edges.
Love lemon, then you're going to fall head over heels with this Lemon Poke Cake with Marshmallow Frosting. It's super easy to make because it uses a cake mix (yes, I use a cake mix on occasion to save time, but if you want to make it completely from scratch, you can definitely do that!), lemon gelatin, and either lemon pie filling or homemade lemon curd. Then you're going to top it with some frosting that tastes like marshmallows. It's wonderful and a perfect Springtime dessert.
This Strawberry Sauce is EVERYTHING!! You only need 3 ingredients and about 15 minutes to make it. I put it on ice cream, pancakes, waffles, French toast, and it ALWAYS tops our Cheese Blintzes.

Favorite Product of the Week:
I've used this Prepworks Multifunctional Dough Press Set to make my Pork Potstickers, and it made the process so much easier. I highly suggest using them if trying to manually fold the dough intimidates you and prevents you from making them.
They come in three different sizes, so they'll be perfect for making these hand pies, too!

Tip of the Week:
Dry active yeast.
If you store it in the freezer, it will help retain its' shelf life. This is great to do if you like to buy it in bulk, AND if you enjoy making my Grandma's Italian Bread!
I'd love to hear any tips you have, and what has helped you be more efficient and organized in the kitchen! If you would be interested in sharing them with all of us, and if I choose to share them in our newsletter, I'll give you a first-name shoutout! ❤️
