(My email subscribers get ALL THE GOODS!😃) I love how much protein is packed into one little mug!❤️ Berry Chia Pudding Recipe (2 servings) Per Serving (approximately): 192 grams 289 kcal, Fat 13g, Carbs 31g, Protein 15g Prep Time: 5 minutes Fridge Time: 1 hour to 24 hours Total Time: 1 hour to 24 hours Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 30 grams Protein Powder (Clean Simple Eats- Vanilla) 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 Tablespoon blue agave 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 Tablespoons Purely Elizabeth original granola 1/2 cup mixed berries Instructions: 1. Add milk, chia seeds, protein powder, agave, and vanilla to a bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes, then stir again - the seeds should have started to gel. 2. Separate the mixture into 2 separate containers - each will contain approximately 192 grams. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. 3.
