| Hi , The arrival of March means that spring is almost here... ...but it's not here yet. I'm looking forward to the new season (warmer weather! longer days!). But in the meantime, I'm enjoying my favorite things about winter while I can. One of those things is spaghetti squash. I'm a HUGE winter squash fan, and I especially love spaghetti squash. - It has a sweet, nutty flavor
- and stringy, pasta-like texture.
