| Hello ooseims.archieves@blogger.com, This dessert goes out to all those people who hate carrot cake (like my husband). I try every year to have a "second" dessert recipe, just for him. And this one is easy, so there's not a whole lot of extra "work" involved. Plus it's delicious and I know I'll be sneaking some of it for myself!
