Deciding Between Little Black Dress Project & Our 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge?

Hey reader

I read a scary statistic today...

80% of people have already given up.

“On what?”

Their 2024 plans and goals.

Studies show that by the second Friday in January, most folks have already ditched their New Year’s goals. (In fact, I sent you an email about this so-called "Quitters Day.")

By the end of February, only 1 out of 5 people are still focused on their goals.

And by the End of March even less care about their goals.

People have fallen off the wagon. Skipped the gym. Returned to their old habits and patterns…

Lack of focus.

Procrastination.

Eating/watching/thinking crap.

Excuses have taken over!

We’ve all been there. (especially me!)

It feels horrible.

But here is the good news, it’s not your fault!

You're not bad, weak, or hopeless.

Likely, you are just missing the one key ingredient that practically guarantees victory, all year long.

But because it’s so simple, most people overlook it.

None of us can live our best, most beautiful life alone. It’s not how we’re built.

We require accountability, support, and most importantly... a community of people with common goals.

This is exactly why nearly 10 years ago I started posting pictures of what I was cooking.

Accountability and Community.

Reaching our biggest goals does not require perfection, but it does require making progress.

We bring together people who have common goals, connect them with our team, and me, and help them follow our proven meal plans that get results.

I believe right now is the perfect opportunity to set some goals, make a change, and reward yourself!

There is still time to see the results of your efforts before Summer begins.

And that's what I think is most important, making an effort and seeing an effort... and not having to do it alone.

You may have noticed we have two programs that are starting soon and might be wondering...

"What is the difference between The Little Black Dress Project and the 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge in terms of the food/program?"

This is a great question to have!

And here is the difference:

Our 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge teaches a lifestyle that is maintainable for Life, and it's very flexible.

We teach How to set up your meals/plans yourself for life in our 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge program.

We have coached nearly 65,000 people through this program and built an entire community of people who have had amazing results on this plan.

You can learn more about our 30-Day Clean Eating Challenge program and sign up here:

The Little Black Dress Project (LBD) is a super specific menu, and it's an intensive program meant to support weight loss in a healthy way for an upcoming event, vacation, party, or something special like that.

LBD will help someone avoid a self-prescribed "crash diet" instead of offering a balanced approach to achieve results.

Previously LBD was reserved only for our Annual and Monthly members, but after seeing some of the incredible results they were having we decided to open up a group for the public.

The results have been life-changing and many people have asked when we're starting our next group.

Here's the good news... we start our Spring Session of The Little Black Dress Project on April 8th! (The first 100 to sign up receive a Bonus!)

We only run 3 or 4 Little Black Dress Project groups per Year... so if this sounds like something you would be interested in completing before Summer, make sure to sign up today!

They are both phenomenal programs but our 30-Day Challenge program teaches more lifestyle components, while the Little Black Dress Project teaches more intensive principles for quicker results!

If you have a question you didn’t see answered in this email or on each program's respective page, just hit reply and ask!

We’re here to help.

Make it a great day!

<3 Rachel
