Hello friends -- happy weekend!
Since we were in Chicago last weekend, this weekend is going to be very chill. A long morning walk, meal planning and grocery shopping, maybe stopping by the farmer's market... that sort of thing.
I hope you find a recipe or two below to make in the upcoming week!
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins give classic chocolate chip muffins a fall-flavored twist! They're warm and comforting, wonderfully spiced, and are easy to make with wholesome ingredients. Such an amazing fall breakfast that I could eat every day!
Celebrate the start of sweater weather with these fluffy Apple Cinnamon Pancakes! The easy cinnamon pancakes are crowned with soft and sweet cinnamon sugar apples and maple syrup, leaving you with the best fall breakfast. I'm in love with the flavors in these pancakes and those apples on top are just chef's kiss!
Caramelized Onion Spaghetti Squash
Onions sautΓ©ed with butter and olive oil create this scrumptious Caramelized Onion Spaghetti Squash. Mixed with kale and mushrooms for a healthy, colorful meal. Such a comforting meal that only takes about 30 minutes to make!
This Baked Caprese Chicken combines the Italian flavors of garlic, tomato, balsamic, fresh mozzarella, and basil into one easy skillet recipe. It's quick to prepare, and ready in under 40 minutes!
Skinny Chocolate Pumpkin Pudding
This Chocolate Pumpkin Pudding is made with better-for-you ingredients like banana, maple syrup, and yogurt, and the texture is spot-on. It can easily be made dairy free, and only requires 15 minutes of prep time! Such a great sweet treat when in the mood for the perfect combo of pumpkin and chocolate!
