I have gotten a few requests for meal prep ideas, so today I am sharing our favorite Meal Prep Recipes that will make your life easier! I included ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even a few snacks/treats!
And don't worry, you don't have to spend your entire weekend cooking. Pick a couple of recipes to prep each week and it will make a huge difference!
Breakfast:
- Overnight Oats- or make pumpkin for fall!
- Egg Muffins
- Baked Oatmeal- see my apple and pumpkin versions for fall.
- Breakfast Burritos
- Breakfast Casserole
- Breakfast Cookies
- Homemade Granola- almond butter, peanut butter, lemon blueberry, chocolate chip cookie, chocolate, or chocolate peanut butter!
- Breakfast Sandwich
Lunch:

- Kale Salad
