Something different to try from Dinner - Red Wine Sauce! It's pictured below with the epic Beef Wellington (p252). But there's no need to go to that effort - serve it over a simple steak to make it fine dining worthy!

I once saw someone using Dozer's peanut butter for their toast. (Dozer double dips). So I decided I better label his jar. π
