| For the sorbet: 10.5 oz frozen strawberries 1 lemon, juiced 6.5 oz coconut yoghurt 7 tablespoons maple syrup For the topping: 4 tablespoons coconut yoghurt 1 handful pomegranate seeds | | STEP 1 Simply place the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, coconut yoghurt and maple syrup into a powerful food processor and blend until smooth. STEP 2 Pour the mixture into a sealable container, cover and freeze overnight. STEP 3 Once ready to serve, scoop equal amounts into 4 glasses and top each with 1 tablespoon of coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds. | |
