Hello everyone, I hope you're having a great week! I don't know about how the economy is in your part of the world, but here in Australia inflation is at a 20 year high and the cost of living pressures are increasing across the board. With this in mind, today's new recipe is one that stretches pricey salmon further to feed more people. My tip? Cut the salmon into thinner strips so you seemingly get more out of a single piece. Oh - and cook it with my mum's 4 ingredient Teriyaki Sauce. YUM! - Nagi & Dozer 🐶 x

My team and I did a massive post-cookbook pantry and freezer clean out. We made a fridge full of meals that we donated to One Meal, the wonderful organisation who distributes the food we make at RecipeTin Meals to those in need.
They were all stashed in the fridge that usually houses Dozer's food and bones. So he was a bit confused / hopeful / delighted / "just checking things out" / concerned about where his bones have gone. That's a LOT of thoughts going on inside that golden furry head of his!! 😂
