Hi reader,
When my husband first asked me over 10 years ago to eat 'real food' instead of food out of a box, I was VERY overwhelmed.
In my mind real food was expensive, I didn't know how to cook it, and I was good at couponing but there are no coupons for fresh foods!
I buckled down and through A LOT of trial and error we transitioned our eating from packages and boxes to fresh and real. And we FEEL SO GOOD!
I'm not going to share all the benefits of eating real food to you because we kinda all know that it's good to eat healthy food.
But what I will share is that I KNOW how hard it is to eat real food on a budget. It doesn't come naturally!
There's a learning curve AND there are curveballs.
There are concrete skills you have to learn... ... like meal planning (and sticking to it), freezer cooking, creating a budget (and sticking to this too), and using certain kitchen appliances to ease your load.
There are soft skills that only come with practice... ... like turning random leftovers into a meal, creating something "new" from the same boring pantry staples, stretching what you have so it lasts until next payday, and knowing when it's okay to substitute and when you should stick to the recipe.
There are things you have to take into consideration... ... like the food YOUR family wants to eat, the time YOU have to prepare meals, and stores that YOU have access to.
And you have to constantly be able to adjust... ... thanks to inflation, food shortages, supply chain issues, picky eaters, time constraints, and special diets.
Well... We've taken a decade worth of knowledge, bundled it up, and it's all on sale!
Starting on MONDAY we are having our first ever Black Friday in July Sale.
Many of the products are new and several haven't been available to the public ever before. I'm SUPER excited to share these with you!
You can get a sneak peek on this page and clicking this link will alert me that you want to know about the sale.
