Correction: Medicaid Autism Services: HHSC Responses to Public Comments on Posted Draft Policy HHSC has posted its responses to public comments on the draft policy for Applied Behavior Analysis Services within the Medicaid Autism Services policy. Find it on the Medicaid Medical & Dental Policies webpage. On July 15, 2021, the Texas Medicaid and Healthcare Partnership posted a Provider Notification about Licensed Behavior Analyst enrollment to provide Medicaid ABA services. TMHP will begin accepting applications on July 30. The final policy language is posted  on the TMHP website. Email HHSC if you have questions.
