Hi There,
It's summer time, and I want to turn you on to one of my favorite, old-school recipes: Strawberry Wine.
It's practically effortless, and makes such a beautiful after dinner treat. And there's no complicated brewing techniques (or need for wine yeast); rather, you make it in the tradition of old-world European infused and fortified wines.
The results are just luscious.
Here's what you should give it a try:
- It's easy to make. You pack a jar full of berries, cover them with white wine and time will do the rest.
- It's delicious. Fruit-forward, sparkling with berries, and has a gorgeous vivid red color.
- It's versatile. If you don't have strawberries, swap in some stone fruit, raspberries, or blackberries.

P.S. If you'd rather buy it than DIY, take a look at the fruit- and herb-infused wines from Haus. They're delicious.
