Apricot Season Recipes.

THE cobbler and cake to make right now, and feeds everyone twice. Chicken. Preserves. Simple roasted or grilled apricots. All so good!

Works just like a pineapple upside-down, but with apricots. And a truly wonderful sponge cake recipe, to put on repeat.
