- OYS email content is for subscribers only. So, I take the time to make sure it's well thought out, helpful, supportive, and original. If you have a topic suggestion please email me at tammy@organizeyourselfskinny.com.
- On Sundays, you'll get a digest of the blog posts that went up the week before. This allows you to catch up on Organize Yourself Skinny while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea.

Hmmm, what else? I've been writing Organize Yourself Skinny since March 2011. I started by sharing my own weight loss story in the hopes of helping other people. But I soon found that I too benefit from the knowledge, encouragement, and support from everyone who has since joined the OYS community. I know you will love this community as much as I do.
