You know what I love most about sweet potatoes? They work in both sweet and savory applications! Not only are they loaded with Vitamin A and other nutrients, they freakin' taste AMAZING. This is the one vegetable my kids think is dessert. No matter how I serve it. 🤷♀️
Whether you take them the savory route with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a slice of butter OR go the sweet route and top them with a little brown sugar and cinnamon AND of course a little butter, you really can't go wrong.
