Pressure Cooker Timing Chart

You may have noticed this pop up on our site over the past few weeks as we were working out the kinks, but we finally have the tech working so we can share with you!

Think of it as our holiday gift for you!

This chart of recommended cooking times will give you my cook time and water ratio for pressure cooking meats, vegetables, beans, and other pantry staples. Cook times work in the Instant Pot, Ninja Foodi, and other brands of electric pressure cooker.

The form is currently a pop-up on our site, but you can click here to view.

It'll ask you for first name, skill level, and email address, but don't worry—you won't receive duplicate emails. (We've tested.)

We'd love to know what you think!

Questions or Suggestions?

I share my recipes and those from trusted pressure cooking friends on the Pressure Cooking Today Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/PressureCookingToday/.
