FREE 7 Day Keto Diet Menu Plan

Welcome to your FREE 7 Day Keto Diet Menu Plan!

Congratulations on making the decision to go sugar free and try the ketogenic diet for 1 week! The Keto diet is a fabulous and enjoyable way of eating that can help you lose weight without starving and being hungry between meals, gives you energy, reduces brain fog, brings you mental clarity and so many more benefits.

The approach is simple; moderate protein, high fat, low carb. You can do anything for 7 days and this week you’ll be in for a great surprise at how easy eating a keto diet can be. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or just feel better, you’ll find all you need to have a successful week ahead!

The best part is you’ll have all the support you need as I’ve created FB videos every day of this challenge to help you with tips for success!

First things first, print out the shopping list and menu plan.

Here’s your FREE 7 DAY KETO DIET MENU PLAN and SHOPPING LIST.

Plan your day to go shopping and join me on Sunday September 30th at 4pm EST for a LIVE Q & A before you begin your week ahead. No worries if you can’t make it at that time, the video will be recorded and you can view it when you are able. This LIVE video will be in our exclusive to members only FB group so be sure to join here:

If you've now looked over the menu for the week ahead, please note that breakfast and lunch is for one dividual, not a family. I specifically tried to plan easy, simple breakfast and lunch ideas that won't be time comsuming and just really easy to prepare. Dinners on the menu are for the whole family. If some days you do have left overs, feel free to eat those left overs for lunch instead of what's on the menu. It really doesn't have to be complicated to eat keto and that's what I'm hoping to show you on this plan.

Do calories matter? Yes and no. If you are coming straight off a Standard American Diet and just removing all sugar will be hard enough for you then don't worry about counting calories, just enjoy the food this week, but watch the snacking which can really add up. I mean if you're looking to lose weight this week, you might want to count calories using something free like myfitness pal. Otherwise I can say, the menu ranges from 15-25 net carbs daily but portion control is key. If you're hunger before the next meal you probably need to eat more protein, just keep a little notebook for yourself of what's you've eaten and how you feel.

Each day of this week you’ll receive an email from me with a time to join me LIVE in our FB group. Introduce yourself there and share a bit about yourself. Are you just beginning your sugar free journey? Have you been eating low carb but you’re at a plateau? What you’re hoping to accomplish this week?

I'm excited you've decided to try this way of eating! As it has helped me so much to reduce sugar cravings and feel satiated between meals! I know you too can have all these benefits if you truly devote yourself to it without cheating, I promise you will see results!

Be on the look out for upcoming emails from me!
