Grilled broccoli steaks on a bed of spicy peanut lentils
Peanut sauce on broccoli is one of those combinations that just works every single time. This new recipe takes it further: broccoli crowns cut into thick steaks, grilled until charred and caramelized, then served with a spicy peanut and chili crisp lentil sauce. Crunchy peanuts and green onions on top.
