Meal Prep Tips
Greek turkey burgers are great for meal prep because you can prep them a few different ways depending on what your week looks like.
✅ Make the patties ahead of time. Mix the burger ingredients together, form the patties, and store them in the refrigerator for 1–2 days before cooking.
✅ Separate patties with parchment paper. This keeps them from sticking together and makes them easy to grab when you’re ready to cook.
✅ Cook them completely. Store cooked burgers in the refrigerator for quick lunches or dinners during the week. Reheat gently so they stay juicy.
✅ Freeze them for later. Form the patties, place parchment paper between each one, and freeze in a freezer bag or container. Thaw completely before cooking.
✅ Turn leftovers into bowls. Chop up a cooked Greek turkey burger and serve it over greens with cucumber, tomato, red onion, feta, olives, and tzatziki for an easy high-protein lunch.
