Hello and happy Saturday (& happy early Fourth of July!) This week's meal plan is a little different in that I'm sharing recipes to bring to a Fourth of July (or any summertime) party/gathering. Enjoy!! I'm hoping these meal plans will help provide some direction on what to cook for the week, or at the very least, some inspiration. Having a plan helps both in terms of not having to think, and ensuring you're getting in an adequate amount of protein and veggies.
