Broccoli Cheddar Chickpea Noodle Casserole

Coming soon ...

I am SO excited to share this easy breakfast cookie recipe with you later on this week. I've been testing and perfecting this one for weeks and it's finally ready for prime time!

It's made entirely of seeds and chocolate chunks, held together with tahini and honey, and laced with vanilla and cardamom. A bit of flaky sea salt over the top seals the deal.

When baked and cooled, they hold together magically and make the best, most delicious snack at breakfast time or, honestly, any time of day.

Stay tuned; I'll be publishing this one soon and will send an email letting you know when I do!
