This may sound strange, or at least unique, but one of my favorite foods for fall is kibbeh balls. The reason is that back in the day for our family tailgaters, they were front and center. My siblings have let me know that we only had them a couple times. I remember them as a mainstay. Mom brought these tidy little bites that are huge on flavor and good health because they are perfect picnic food. Pick one up and eat it. A kibbeh ball tastes like heaven right out of the frying pan, but also delicious later, at room temp.
My recipe for kibbeh balls has been on my site since the start. It's one iteration of this national dish of Lebanon that is so delectable! While keeping the stories that mean so much to us (you'll find a link to read the story up top), I've updated the recipe post with tons of helpful info and tips to make getting kibbeh balls to the table (or tailgate!) even easier.

We are ready-ing the shop for the season ahead, with the fresh ingredients we love and many exciting gifts. Stay tuned for that!
Bless your hands,
Kibbeh Balls.
I always fry these because it's just one of those "worth it" dishes. I do have tips for baking and air-frying too. Mom didn't stuff hers; she made flat patties and shallow-fried them. A great simplification!
