One of my absolute favorite German desserts! Fluffy steamed yeast dumplings drenched in homemade vanilla sauce – it's the very definition of comfort food! These come from my home of Southern Germany and are the way my Mutti and Oma made them. Dampfnudeln are a dessert but they're so filling that they're normally served as a main meal.

Dessert for dinner you ask? Aber natรผrlich!

This Moroccan Chicken Salad is one of my personal favorites. Celebrating the incredible flavors of Morocco, it has a flavor profile that will WOW your taste buds! Great contrasting textures with an irresistible blend of sweet and savory with just a touch of heat, it's perfect as a sandwich filling or served on a bed of lettuce!

Layer upon layer of complex flavors has made this iconic American spice blend a household favorite for generations. Use it in your seafood dishes like fish and crab cakes, fried fish, jambalaya, gumbo, clam chowder, and fish tacos, or sprinkle it on French fries, baked potatoes, popcorn, roasted nuts, chicken wings, and roasted veggies, add it to butter to make a compounded butter, or add some to your potato salad, tuna salad and more! This traditional English bake is a special one. And I am so excited to finally share it with you!
