Our kitchen renovation is kicking off in a matter of days, so I've been planning out simple, nourishing meals for the family. AK Dinner Party: October is coming. The batter can be made right in your blender for such an easy breakfast! Top with maple syrup, a little yogurt (or whipped cream) and nuts if you'd like. . Lunch: Vegan Curried Pumpkin Lentil Soup You're going to LOVE how nourishing, flavorful and filling this wonderful soup is. It has creamy coconut milk for a lovely richness and is packed with protein from tender lentils. Serve with naan or crackers for the perfect lunch.
